I'm Richard Sikinyi, my current role is an Information and communications technology Manager at a leading corporate in Kenya.
I have a routine of setting high targets for myself and going for heights to ensure that both personal and organizational goals and objectives are met with efficiency and effectiveness. I work objectively following laid down procedures and policies and this enables me to deliver quality service to all my customers both individual and corporate. I perform regular personal appraisals to cross check on what I have achieved and what I have not, as I look for appropriate means to rectify this in a set timetable.The above-mentioned traits have been key in guiding and enabling me to support and manage IT needs for 10 remote sites which include 3 telecom companies, 2 leading insurance firms, 2 financial institutions and a major TV content provider.
